How to Prepare
Do not sign your documents until you are in front of the Notary.
All signers must be present, of sound mind, and have one of the following forms of Identification (i.e. state-issued identification card or driver's license, United States of America passport, military identification, or permanent resident card (green card).
ID's must be valid and CANNOT BE EXPIRED!
Copies or pictures of your ID's are not acceptable. You must have the actual physical ID with you.
The names on the documents MUST match those on your ID.
Signing dates will be for the day of signature - No pre- or post-dating on the signature lines or the notarial act.
Any falsifying of documents will not be tolerated.
State Mandated Fees
$5.00 for the first signature and $5.00 for each additional signature per page.
Meeting Locations
We can meet you anywhere, including your home, a hospital, nursing home, library, restaurant, law Firm, business, hotel lobby, etc.
Travel fees start at $20.00 within Truth or Consequences city limits.
